7/29 Restorative Yoga w/Crystal Bowls

Service Description

This is a monthly class! Join us this session for a beautiful engaging energy experience.  During this time together we will settle into 6 restorative yoga poses, while listening to beautiful crystal bowl frequencies.  While your nervous systems settles down, Heidi and Leigh-Ann will work the room and provide Quantum/Reiki services.  You will leave feeling relax, healthier and more yourself.
