This is a monthly class! Class is held at 5:300pm. Join us this session for a beautiful engaging energy experience. During this time together we will settle into 6 restorative yoga poses, while listening to beautiful crystal bowl frequencies. While your nervous systems settles down, Leigh-Ann & her special guest will work the room and provide Quantum/Reiki services. You will leave feeling relax, healthier and more yourself.
