Akashic Records
In-Person Group Guided Meditation at LAM Yoga & Meditation Studio
A monthly practice where we explore and go deep into our own soul's Akashic Records - a library of books filled will your soul's past lives, current life, and future life's explorations. If you've ever wondered what holds you back from living your best life, this is the class for you. Here we explore & heal past lives patterns, break vows, cut chords, and learn more about your soul's journey. Collectively, we will raise our frequency and enter into this mystical space, heal and release what doesn't serve us.
Class is excellent for beginners and seasoned meditators.

This is for anyone who is interested in learning more about their own soul's purpose and uncover might be holding you back from pure abundance! This is a beautiful way for you to gain insight and clarity about yourself. During the session you can ask any questions you'd like and your own record keepers will provide answers through Leigh-Ann. Its pretty amazing!

The Akashic Records is a metaphysical library of energetic archives containing the experiences, thoughts, emotions and intentions of all beings across time.
These guided meditation sessions allow you the ability to be guided into your own Akashic Records. This is were you can explore your own library and learn more about your souls past lives. Many of us have lived more than 1000 lives.
Each class, collectively, we can work on our own healings and really figure out what is holding us back from reaching our fullest potential. In our records we can review past life vows, karmas, and traumas and heal what no longer serves us.
This is a great safe space to work on our inner self and uncover the hidden truths of our very own soul!
