Reiki is a gentle energy healing session designed to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and overall wellness. LAM Yoga Studio offers Reiki in Scarborough, Maine for those seeking peace, clarity, and restored mind-body connection.
RESTORATIVE YOGA& HEALING CLASS $33
7/29 Wednesday 5:30pm.
Join us for a beautiful engaging energy experience. During this time together we will settle in 6 restorative yoga poses, while listening to beautiful crystal frequencies. While your nervous systems settles down, Heidi and Leigh-Ann will work the room and provide Reiki services. You will leave feeling relax, healthier and more yourself.
Reiki and Quantum Healing Services:
Monthly Reiki Circles: $30
Tuesdays ( 2nd Tuesday) 5:30pm
Reiki circles consists of a guided meditations while Reiki practitioners are providing healing energy work on each participant. Small groups only with a maximum of 6.
Second class can be added if we max out of the first class. Second class will be 7:00pm.
Individual Reiki Sessions $44
Schedule time with Leigh-Ann, Dawn or Darcy for a full 1 hour reiki Session.

Reiki Share Gatherings $30
Reiki share gatherings are a great way for practitioners to work on each other, while also allowing outside community folks to receive reiki services from various practitioners. This is an amazing experience!

REIKI 1 & 2 TRAINING CLASS $222
Welcome to our comprehensive 4-hour education class on Reiki! In each session, you will explore the rich history of Reiki, its principles, and the various activations involved in Reiki Level 1 and Level 2. Join us as we delve into the essential techniques and practices that make a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your knowledge, each class will equip you with the skills needed to harness the energy of Reiki.

This is a series of two classes Class#1 is held first and then weeks to months following, depending on your reiki journey and where you are in the process, Class#2 will then begin. Contact Leigh-Ann to discuss in more detail.
