reiki, quantum & Sound HEALING
USUI Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and stress reduction channeling universal life force energy. It aims to restore balance to the body's energy systems, helping to alleviate pain and encourage emotional healing. Quantum healing, on the other hand, leverages the principles of quantum physics to facilitate healing on a deeper level, addressing both physical and emotional issues by tapping into the body's innate ability to heal itself. Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies from instruments like singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to create a calming environment, which can enhance relaxation, reduce anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
