WHAT ARE CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centers that support overall well-being and balance. When aligned, they enhance emotional and spiritual health, fostering grounding, connection, and inner peace. Practices like meditation and yoga help nurture these energies, promoting vitality and wholeness.

​CHAKRAS 

There are seven (7) major chakras in our energy body plus three (3) bonus chakras. Technically there are SO many more but lets start with these foundational chakras.  

Keeping your chakras balanced can really make a difference in how you feel.  Try laying down and putting your hands on each chakra and see how that feels.
