There are seven (7) major chakras in our energy body plus three (3) bonus chakras. Technically there are SO many more but lets start with these foundational chakras.
Keeping your chakras balanced can really make a difference in how you feel. Try laying down and putting your hands on each chakra and see how that feels. Do you notice anything different as you make your way down your chakras, starting with the higher crown ( star) Chakra.
